Why We Built Provenance

But today, many valuable collectibles still depend on static certificates, disconnected records, and trust assumptions. Once an item is resold, the story behind it can become incomplete, unclear, or difficult to verify. Provenance was created to bring more transparency, confidence, and continuity to the memorabilia market.
What Provenance Marketplace Does
Provenance Marketplace allows approved sellers to list verified physical collectibles such as game-used items, signed memorabilia, limited-edition merchandise, and event-exclusive products. Each eligible item may include: Item origin and event history Authentication status NFC tag information Provenance UID or serial number Digital deed availability Chain-of-custody details Ownership claim or transfer instructions This helps buyers understand not only what they are buying, but also the story and proof behind the item.
